Qadus Awan, MD

Dr. Qadus Awan was certified by the American Board of Radiology in 2021. Dr. Awan completed his undergraduate studies at Binghamton University and received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in 2015. He completed his internship at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in 2016 and his residency in diagnostic radiology at Norwalk Hospital, in affiliation with Yale University Medical Center, in 2020. He served as chief resident in his final year of residency and proceeded to complete his fellowship in neuroradiology at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York in 2021. Dr. Awan obtained subspecialty certification (CAQ) in neuroradiology in 2022.

Prior to joining Stamford Health, Dr. Awan practiced in Buffalo, New York. In addition to neuroradiology, Dr. Awan’s additional areas of interest and experience include mammography and women’s imaging as well as body and cancer imaging. Dr. Awan hopes to provide excellent clinical care with compassion, quality, patient education and wellness.
